Shipping policy

At 3D Glass Designs, we prioritize exceptional craftsmanship, ensuring each piece is of the highest quality.  Every in-stock item will ship within 1-2 days of order being received.  Orders received before 1:00pm CST during the weekdays (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day.  Orders received on the weekend and holidays will ship the following weekday. Every item listed is ready to ship.

Because each piece is handcrafted in our studio, custom orders require 2 to 3 weeks to complete. We will communicate with you throughout the design and fabrication process and give you the approximate shipping date.

For domestic orders, we ship USPS Ground Advantage.

International customers kindly note that you are responsible for any customs fees or VAT imposed by your country upon delivery. Be aware of your country's customs regulations, as these fees can be substantial, and refusal to accept the package may result in restocking fees.
